      Favourite set up:
Prone & SUP Surf: NL 130 or NL 160, short pedestal, 14.5 Flip tip Tail. These wings give you great manoeuvrability, with enough pump to be able to catch multiple waves. I have been using a shim with the NL 130 which increases the lift for such a small wing.
SUP Downwind: 32.5 Mast, NL 190, Long Pedestal, 18 Flat rear. This setup allows for great straight line speed with the clearance of the bigger mast allowing for less time touching down on the surface when going over ocean bumps.
Wing: 32.5 Mast, NL 130, Long Pedestal, 14.5 Flip tip Tail. The longer pedestal works perfect for winging as it allows for better stability at higher speeds with still having great manoeuvrability with the smaller wing.  The NL 130 is great for landing airs.

      Discipline: Prone, Wing and Tow

Favourite GF set up & why:
Prone = NL160 or 130 bottom pedestal and the 14.5 and 12.5. So fast, surfy and loose yet still pumps like a dream.

Wing = NL130 with the long pedestal shimmed up with the 14.5. Perfect for 1ft to 6ft and everything between. The long pedestal increases the stability and gives heaps of confidence.

Tow = GL80 long pedestal and unshimmed 12.5. So freaking fast and manoeuvrable it just inspires new lines and confidence. Have only just scratched the surface of this combo!

Favourite Setup: GL 180 with the 14.5 Flip Tip Tail, Short Fuse on the 32.5” Plate Mast. This setup pumps, glides, carves and has really good speed from dead flat to overhead. The Flip Tip Tail gives more control and grip through turns at speed than anything else I have tried.

      Disciplines: Prone and Tow foiling

Favorite GF set up & why:

Tow Foiling: The NL160 front wing with a short pedestal and 14.5 flip tip tail. It’s carving abilities and well as being loose and can still do tight and sharp turns are insane. Still pumps incredible and loves the high speeds.

Prone Foiling: The NL190 front wing with a short pedestal and a 14.5 flip tip tail. I also like to have a washer underneath the front of the tail wing, to provide extra lift and to also allow for tighter and sharper turns. Great for pumping too.

Favorite GF set up & why:

NL190 find i have been using it the most across all disciplines great for proning small waves, winging holds high speed, down winding keep up with the the bumps which means using less energy while connecting bumps! The tail I will change depending on conditions!
